I ended up at Chelsea Farms Oyster Bar, clearly an oyster- and seafood-focused spot, for a work meeting. Happily, they have a few vegetarian items on their menu, including a veggie burger. Their patty is vegan and was really quite nice, as was the bun. The burger comes with mustard, aioli, greens, pickles, and Tilamook cheese. I thought the mustard was a nice touch. The aioli caused some drips, but the patty was a good consistency and didn’t fall apart. The burger comes with fries. They were mediocre – a bit too skinny and crispy for me. However, the burger itself was a delightful surprise for a seafood restaurant! Recommended!
