Diente Largo is a food truck in a circle of several. The area has a tent set up to protect against the Patagonian winds, which is truly essential. They specialize in completos – hot dogs – and have a veggie option. The veggie dog itself wasn’t great – it was red and a bit rubbery. However, the toppings made it work! I ordered mine with mayo, papas hilos (dried shoestring potatos), avocado, and mushrooms. You don’t have to order a custom concoction – they have a non-custom mushroom and cheese version on the menu – but I liked mine. However, I made quite a mess dropping my papas hilos everywhere. This is a nice spot for a quick dinner!
