Located in a container with a beautiful rooftop terrace, Morton Helsinki is a treat to spend time at. They’re known for their pancakes and burgers. All of their burger options explicitly note that you can substitute in their homemade carrot and flax patty. I opted for the Ridley, which has feta, basil and apple chutney, pickled rhubarb, and horseradish mayo. I thought it might be drippy, and it was, but it didn’t fall apart. The house patty was good and overall, the burger was great and had a creative mix of flavors. The only downside was the sauce and feta were not evenly spread inside. The burgers come with nice fries and mayo-based dip. The serving size was just right for me.
Morton has a few other locations around Finland. I would certainly come back, try a different veggie burger, and enjoy one of their own gooseberry lemonades on the roof!
